I sent an email to my work place a couple of weeks ago that I was requesting a formal transfer to a different state due to family matters AND i was fully committed to staying with the team until “X” date, which was a 3 months out. I got a call today that he was “accepting my resignation early”.

On the email I put my official last date in writing which was the last week of November at the current branch and was fully committed to staying on the team to help train my replacement until the transfer was approved and finalized. I’m in Georgia moving to Florida. Advice? Thank you for any and all help. Edit: I have the email evidence and I’m sure I can claim unemployment since I was let go well before my November date I submitted.
