As someone with direct reports and a level of leadership in my workplace, am I allowed to wear material that promotes unionizing?

I don't care what my boss thinks about this. More along the lines of, are salaried supervisors supposed to be doing that from a union perspective? I know there are pretty strict rules. Thank you for any input!
