I’ve gone above and beyond my working title for over 5 years now. My boss continues to undercut and fuck me over. She continues to knowingly credit other people during conference calls for my own work. She continues to overload and overwork me and had the audacity to offer me the most disrespectful salary position I’ve ever seen. Literally offering me less pay and less holiday for double the amount of hours. As of her actions today I am beyond over it. I need help phrasing my resignation letter to be professional and courteous. I am far too emotional to write without bashing her.
