So for me occasionally being 10 minutes late for work (about once a week) my employment is under review ( I work 40 hours a week). Even though the majority of the days when the bus I need arrives I am 20 minutes early to work which means I’m already logged into the it systems before most people even arrive into the building – I now have to make my 10 hour day even longer.
