First of all is this legal? They said as per their agreement I have to stay one more month til they find a replacement for me. And that I don’t have a choice in that matter. I have repeatedly asked leave from them and never got a reply back. In a previous post, I explained that I was getting bullied by a senior member of the group and it made me hate the volunteer group so much. I stayed out from most of the online zoom meetings and I didn’t get much support from the so-called team members.
Now the HR of this group is threatening me. I hate these people and they can’t believe why I can’t commit to their unreasonable tasks.
