I've deleted my old posts but we won our work place union 34-1-1 ( one no and one that didn't get counted since said individual was fired before the votes were finalized) A little bit of background is we're cannabis dispensary employees. First Teamsters of our company but not the first to unionize since two others are currently under the grocery union. Now we wait for the contracting phase.
