A few months ago I had become Severly depressed and had to be hospitalized, added to that I am a Stroke survivor and still have some difficulties with my cognitive functions, said difficulties are being put on Super Saiyan mode because of the depression.
All these diagnoses as well as a very thorough work assessment done by a professional were handed into HR and Management to request a straight shift as it provides me with a stability that I find helpful to keep me moving forward is this miserable life.
HR has decided on its own regardless of said documents, how long a straight shift should last and I will now be put on shifts as of next week, a reason I was given was that there have been complaints from my shitty colleagues about the unfairness of it all regardless that I was on a straight shift 90% of the time due to me being able to do a specialized part of my God forsaken job.
HR has now threatened me with a forced resignation as I am not fulfilling my duties regarding shifts (which is not in my contract!!!)
Can someone please help me make sense of this, I feel like I'm being pranked, this can't be real right?
