Where do we post about the rare employers that do the right thing and treat employees well?

I know this isn't the right sub, but I'm not sure where else to post. I've been a member of this sub for a long time and fully support everyone here. I've always felt like a bit of an outsider because of how different and positive my current working experience has been for the past 5 years. Our agency just lost the biggest account we had. Our agency just lost the biggest account we had. Long story but it wasn't due to our poor performance.

This client made up about 40% of our agency's business. We've been diversifying with smaller clients as much as possible over the past year but it wasn't enough.

Our co-owners of the agency just held a meeting to announce that both of them are stepping away from the business to ensure that nobody else needs to be let go. They'll stay on with no pay until their roles can be filled by the current team.

In the beginning of the pandemic, when things were tight and clients were shaky, both owners also didn't take a salary for nearly a year while still handing out raises and bonuses to the employees.

They've been nothing but great to work with and I'm broken up about them leaving.

I guess my point to posting this is that once in a while, there are some great work situations and it really really sucks at the possibility of things changing. I'm really nervous that my next post in this subreddit will be more on brand with what's usually posted about here.

Anyone else have a positive experience working that they can relate?
