I’m an in-home caregiver and the owner of the company is giving us employees the chance to vote on whether we become an employee-owned Co-op. Should I vote yes?

It's a really good company already, wages and profits are all transparent and we get to decide things like if we get higher pay rather than PTO (each employee chooses for themself), etc. I honestly don't know a ton about the pros and cons of a Co-op vs regular employee. I'd appreciate thougts, and any resources I could read to educate myself further! Thanks!
