I went through this with her months ago before I got pregnant and the owner set her straight giving me my monday shift every single week since. Now she cuts it and tells me I'm not allowed to panic while overreacting that I even asked. Said they can't give anyone 5 days a year ago so I got another job to make up for it and now uses it against me. So I'm supposed to be less financially secure so you can have more of my availability instead? Been with this company since day one 3 years ago and am one of the hardest workers and this is how they do me. They think it's totally acceptable to give people less days for no reason when everyone is begging for shifts.
