I have a job offer for a lesser position and less pay, but it is from a company with a MUCH better culture and less toxic than my current one. What to do?

I work at a company that has a very toxic work culture. I am a head of my department with 30 employees under me. I have a job offer for a 20% pay reduction, and a lesser title (no employees under me, essentially associate level), but the company is a MUCH better culture. What is the right move here? My current company is soul-sucking, and if you’d asked me two years ago, it would’ve been an instant move. But 15% inflation and the current economy has me rethinking things…..
