Paying someone to write job application – is this worth it?

I'm really frustrated at the moment. My life is on hold. I can't live independently, I don't have any space to myself, I'm lonely and miserable living in shit town. My present job doesn't allow me to afford rent at all I've noticed that there are services online that write a CV for you and complete application forms. Has anyone ever used these services before? Is it advised? Is it a good investment. I'm just losing it at the moment. Doesn't feel like I'll ever leave home
