Back when my Mom worked at walmart as a door greeter, she overheard on the walkie a conversation from her B0ss and his superiors
B0ss: We need to open more registers!! we have too many long lines!!
Superior: But boss, the Covid restrictions!
B0ss: FUCK COVID, IT AIN'T REAL!! OPEN MORE REGISTERS!!!
to which they ACTUALLY did! Luckily, my mom doesn't work there anymore! but they still ask her consistantly if she'd come back, but her response is always “Fire B0ss, and I will!”
… they can't keep staff for long.
