I didn’t get paid. Been messing around with payroll all week. My boss is going to be surprised to read my email that I won’t be available to work until I get my check.

I am a part time admin asst for a respectable community college. I only get paid once a month. I submitted my timesheet as usual, but there was some snafu in the system. OK shit happens, right? I talked to payroll earlier in the week who said they couldn’t get me paid until the end of the week when they finished. Today they they aren’t finished with the taxes and gave me no estimate when I’ll get my check.
