For the 1st time since I was 15, I have been let go. Now I can finally get 2 very necessary surgeries!

I’ve (37F) worked since I was 15. Only took 1 month off after I had my first child at 20, another month when I had my second child at 25. I was in a T-bone accident last year that has left much nerve and muscle pain, up to 15 monthly migraines, as well as a fractured right arm. I have been in physical therapy since December of last year and nothing helped the painful and limited movement and sleepless nights. I was let go from my office job last month and after allowing myself to be upset for that week, I took it as a blessing. I’m finally getting my rotator cuff surgery as well as a hysterectomy. I’m fucking pumped. I’ll finally be pain free and can enjoy life again. So you know what? Fuck putting your health on the back burner. Fuck working later to make up medical…
