I reported this to the compliance team at the company because I have conscience. The management team found out and bullied me. I reported the retaliation and that I was afraid to lose my job. I told them that I don't want a fight. They had HR put me on administrative leave to protect me from retaliation for at least a week until they investigate.
One week ended yesterday and I have no idea if I'm supposed to go to work on Monday. I emailed HR yesterday but haven't heard anything. I'm too afraid to go.
I'm on a visa and losing this job could mean the end of my career. There are no good jobs in my country. I have loans and responsibilities. I worked so hard and for so long to get here and all I wanted was to help people have better lives. Any advice?
