I work 40 hours a week for $12 an hour. I pretty much can only afford to pay for my gas and insurance with that money and I have about $100 left after each pay check. My wife pays all the other bills and I feel useless. I’m working just to keep the vehicle I use to get to work running and insured. I want to quit and find another job but I like my coworkers and even my boss, we’re understaffed because of the crap pay and the boss even knows that’s why buy corporate won’t let him pay more until you’ve worked there long enough so he’s struggling to find us help/give us raises. I need to quit but I feel bad for my coworkers if I do.
