I can’t speak for everyone but no. No, I don’t want additional perks (unless they are added flexibility and Working from home to increase Quality of Life). I would love to have an additional $500-$600 in my paycheck so that I can spend it (or save it) how I see fit. In my previous company the most perks we would see are Monthly pizza parties and “Casual Friday.”
