I can't help but to think a large part of the reason people aren't getting hired is HR staff have ridiculous procedures for hiring.
It's like they want to to apply multiple times, just to prove you really want to work for them, like they are special or something.
I recently got turned down (again) for a job I am ideally suited for and the company has been routinely posting job adverts for these positions for almost a year now, so apparently they are really in need of people.
