Increasing Expectations don’t mean Increasing Pay anymore

I've loved my job for years and was promoted to a management role with a direct peer. The direct peer left the role in 2020, and instead of hiring to fill their role, they had me take it all on. Sure, I'm new, I can handle it. A few months pass and I'm whooped. I ask to backfill as I cannot keep up. I get praise for what I'm doing and the yearly 5% raise… A couple months pass and I'm in the same boat. Ask to turn a tenured rep into a Team Lead since they seem adamant about NOT rehiring for my peer. Gets shot down. Now my team of 10+ is having to train a vendor site outside of the US. Our company has an entire training team that isn't involved. Instead, my team takes on the work and gets the job done. The outsource group fails…

Now my team of 10+ is having to train a vendor site outside of the US. Our company has an entire training team that isn't involved. Instead, my team takes on the work and gets the job done. The outsource group fails at learning and meeting KPIs. We are asked to retrain and take our time this time.. fuck, but we did it.

I'm now being asked to cross train another manager on my role and learn theirs. No additional compensation..

I've dug myself and my team into this hole of increasing responsibility and expectations without being paid fairly..

What do I do besides leave?

I've had talks with my boss but I am almost certain they are not bubbling up my asks and concerns..

Edit- forgive all the typos and grammar mistakes, ya girl is in a tizzy atm
