I’m not being fucking paid correctly . What are my rights?

I got a job a little over a month ago. I’m full time M-F, averaging anywhere between 40-60+ hours a week. After 1 month I received my first paycheck (even though pay is bimonthly) and they have me down for 60 hours TOTAL between Sept. 6-Sept. 21. We’re talking ~35 hours missing from just my first 4 days, breaks I didn’t take deducted from my hours, TONS of overtime missing, just the works. I contact several people this pertains to and receive no response, even having been left on read by one manager. We are going on almost 1 week of this utter bullshit. Can i stop coming to work until this is fixed without being fired? Do I file an L&I complaint before or after finding a lawyer? I’m in WA state in the US if that helps and unfortunately I still need the job to survive this hellscape.…

I DON’T CARE IF YOU FUCK ME OVER BUT I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL GIRLFRIEND WHO DESERVES NICE THINGS THAT I CANT GET IF I’M BEING UNDERPAID!!!
