So I'm a travel ER nurse. I work 13 week contracts and at the end I can choose to stay longer usually or I can not and take as much time off as I want unpaid.
I took 6 months off last year to travel Europe and Central America. Come January I will take another 6 months off to go to south america and antartica.
My hourly rate is 102 an hour and my over time is 153 an hour. I saved over 100k this year already. My plan is to buy a condo in cash.
I talked to my ex for the first time in 8 months and she said she wouldn't get back together with me unless I do something more with my life.. like wtf? Let me enjoy my 20s before I take on something else crazy.. I want my monthly bills to be 300 a month with everything paid off and to take time off.. not always be pushing for grad school.
