I HATE that your immediate boss and your boss's boss think it's okay to treat you poorly. Are assholes to you. Treat you like you're dumb or lazy. Treat you like kids even though you're a grown adult. Cuss at you. Are smartasses. Raise their voice to you.
Embarrass you in front of your coworkers.
Pretty much disrespect you in any kind of way.
But the moment you treat your boss how they treat you, you're immediately fired, get a write-up or get sent home.
WTF?!?!
Thankfully not every boss is a bad boss. Wished there were more good bosses than bad ones.
