Boss is incommunicado

Soo 3 or 4 months ago I got a new boss at work. It's not been good. Every. Single. Thing. I have brought to him, like “we need oil” or “drivers are leaving stuff in the trucks for me, I don't appreciate it” he has done absolutely nothing with. 9.5 times out of 10 I text him, I get no response at all. Calls are ignored. I lost my patience a month or so ago with the drivers leaving stuff thing. I moved what was left in the truck in front of his office. That seemed to send the message loud and clear to everyone that they need to empty the trucks. At that time, I spoke to my bosses boss. I lost my patience a month or so ago with the drivers leaving stuff thing. I moved what was left in the truck in front of his office. That seemed to send the message loud and clear to everyone that they need to empty the trucks.

At that time, I spoke to my bosses boss. I sent him a letter via text detailing the communication issues and spoke to him for 25 minutes. His response was “we'll see where he wants to take his career here”. In other words, he will do nothing but continue to lightly counsel boss on communication.

A bit under a month ago, boss updated a mass text list we send updates to, i.e. “arrive xyz, depart xyz”. Boss left off a manager up at the distribution center and he's been texting every night asking to be added.
I've decided not to update it for boss like I have in the past. My logic is a) boss updated it and I don't know if there's a reason he left it off and b) I want his poor communication to be showcased to someone who might do something about it.
So for close to a month, several times a week I will reply, naming boss and asking him specifically to fix it. Or texting bosses number to the guy needing added on to the list and telling him he was the one who updated it, contact him. I've texted his boss about it and gotten excuses.

I'm getting annoyed with several mass texts open and demanding updates id already sent every night.

I have 3 options I can think of going forward:
A) nothing, grow up, fix the mass text for boss and just try and ignore my frustration and work around him.
B)fix the mass text…but add numerous wrong numbers to it that will get very mad at being looped into a mysterious group text that dings all night.
C) block all work related numbers and say I can't pay my phone bill anymore.
D) fix it and remove bosses number from the mass text.

I know option a is the mature choice, but that's no fun!
Any other ideas?
