Getting a lot of bait and switch or red flags for healthcare jobs

I've had this happen all year while job searching. The very first time I went to an interview, and the position I applied for was filled. They offered a different position that paid less and not related to the original job. A different interview was for a certain position, and then they started talking about how they need people to do X position and how I could do that instead, even tho I was not qualified at all and had no training for it. For another job, the ad stated a normal 8 hr day, and then in the interview the working hours were 12 hrs. I am not working a 12 hour day.

Just yesterday I had got a potential offer, but they want to start me as part time and then maybe they'll get enough business to make me full time. The ad said full time. I was asked in the interview what I wanted, and I said full time. I gave them a struct guideline I wanted them to agree to, or I wouldn't accept (it's just temp, but it's wfh!).

My only red flag one so far was an interview where they talk about how short staffed they are, how busy the position will be, and how they keep losing people. The hours/pay are good, so I may only take that if I get really desperate and bail on them when something comes along.

Today I have an interview at a hospital, and I'm hoping it won't be a bust. This shit is getting ridiculous. It's no wonder that 'no one wants to work'!
