Hi everyone, Been seeing these stories about places being short staffed and then management over working the remaining staff instead of just offering competitive wages and hiring more ppl and I don't understand how they can be so stupid? Why punish and make the remaining trained and competent employees miserable and eventually leave instead of just hiring new people so your business actually does better? I just shake my head.
