My manager took an extended leave at the beginning of September. Before he left he placed someone from outside the company into his role. Also before he left, he indicated nothing would change regarding our pay.
Fast forward to today. Today myself and one other employer were supposed to be paid commission, and it didn’t happen. My current manager has been dodgy on the issue.
I’m not sure what to do. This feels like an HR issue but our HR guy is on vacation. Should I just reach out to the owner?
Any thoughts would be appreciated as I’m fuming (and my credit score may take a drop this month).
