I’ve been working on my image and public figure for 2 years now, so I have over 3 million followers on my primary platform. Three weeks ago I was contacted by a podcast that wanted to interview me. Although the podcast located in another city and I would have to travel 5 hours to get there I said yes, because I think that if someone wants to interview you, then you shouldn’t waste the chance.
The thing is, that I spoke to this girl on the phone and she said to me that she was going to send me a list of questions so that the interview would be better planned.
I contacted her 4 days ago asking her about the list of questions, to what she responded: “it’s still very soon, I don’t send questionaires that soon, but the interview is confirmed for this Saturday.”
So the interview is TOMORROW, if I want to go I have to wake up at 4AM in order to be there at 11 AM. I’m not getting paid or anything for the interview.
What should I do? I’ve been so stressed out about this because she said that the interview is confirmed but I still haven’t received the list of questions and if I’m making the effort of traveling 5 hours, wouldn’t she had to make the effort to send me the questions?
I want to know what should I do, should I text her and tell her that I’m not going? Or that I’m still waiting for the list of questions. At this point I’m honestly disappointed and I don’t even want to go. Thank you everyone
