Other guards will leave the gate arm up all day. Others will fall asleep several times on shift. Others listen to shit loudly on the phone. Some do their rounds in 20 minutes (not feasible if done right).
But I get called out if I miss one door or to turn off a coffee pot (that was left on by a guard) once in a blue moon.
Nothing happens to them and 3/4ths of them are supervisors.
The one who messaged me is late for work EVERYDAY by at least 5 minutes and he is 2nd in command. Like, come the FK on.
Its a shit show and not worth $13 and hour. Used to be 12.50 but everybody got a .50 cent raise… like omg thank you very much MASTER FOR THE CRUMBS.
I am looking for jobs in the office as my autism does not allow for customer facing jobs but no luck yet.
I am just tired of it all. Same bullshit, different employers. 🤬
