My girlfriends mental health has gone down because of her job and she would like to leave. They just gave her a horrible schedule and she’s more inclined to just leave than to give a two weeks notice. Are there any down side to giving no notice. She’s scared that it’ll go poorly for her down the road, like potential future employers won’t hire her. I told her it should be okay but just to not use any manager there as a reference and she should be okay. Is there actually any downside. (In Florida)
