so basically i work at a dominos as a delivery driver, i’m only part time due to certain circumstances. but here lately he’s asking more and more of me. i can’t keep doing what he’s asking of me like here lately he’s been making me work early instead of late with just me and some 70 year old driver. it’s just me and him but it gets busier than usual when it’s like that but he can’t take very much. i’m not gonna keep putting more on him due to his age and certain problems he has. but this random changing of my schedule can’t be right, he doesn’t even ask beforehand especially if he needs me 6 days instead of 5 even tho i’m part time. it’s a constant toss up of when i work and what times he schedules me for. i hate confrontation but what he’s doing with random placement without asking can’t be right, can it? i mean i could be wrong i mainly just wanted to ask about that certain thing. it’s just getting rough being tossed around a schedule like this.
