I wanna know what the engineers on this sub are currently experiencing with their employers. Are you being treated well or do they see you as just a “necessary evil” because you’re not an operator and don’t provide output for the company. All engineers I know tell a similar story of their employer trying to make their jobs as hard as possible by reducing their budgets for spares or even refusing to replace tools due to “budget restrictions”.
