I've loved this sub and it's mission to share stories about inequality to bring awareness to other redditors, but I am recently feeling like all we do here is post stuff and say “look at how evil this person is!” Or sharing stories of work harassment and being taken advantage of. But there is never any resolve! Sure a fair amount say they quit, or will, or something, but from what I've seen most just want to post about some shitty aspect of their job instead of trying to find a solution to the problem.
My solution, (which is an opinion also, is that the people who work for these politicians, executives etc, are the ones with the power. Without them, NONE of them would be in power. Power in this sense being the ability to take advantage of others without consequence, or minimal consequences. Without the bad actors under these tyrants, they wouldn't be able to do shit!
So I'm curious, does anyone else hold this opinion? Am I victim blaming?
