Everyone hates the 5 day work week and complains about how it's just too long
– 2 days off aren't enough time to recover/rest and get all your chores and errands done.
– Women have joined the workforce since like the 1950s and aren't stay at home mothers anymore. people don't have time to take care of their children because both men and women are working a full five day work week.
– People are always calling out 1-2 times a week and a lot of people don't even work a full 5 days. I notice some people at work never even work a full 5 days without calling out.
There's a lot of call out excuses:
” I dont feel good. My Child is not well. Some personal stuff came up.” People literally lie and make up excuses so they can call out and not work a full five days.
– People always complain about how they feel exhausted by Friday and have no motivation to work
– Most people can't handle mentally and physically working a 5 day work week and will lie just to call out and have an extra day off.
– A lot of European countries are working less than 30 hours a week and are way more productive and happier.
So, why doesn't anything change?
Are you telling me Executive Managers and CEOs enjoy working a 5 day work week?
Why are we following a system that was created over 100 years ago?
What is so wrong about having balance? I.E. a 4 day work week and 3 days off?
