My coworker is currently my acting manager, but we both technically report to the same boss. He has made rude comments to me about how he didn’t expect me to actually be good at my job, and can just be condescending overall. He has been with the company for many years and I am relatively new. How should I address this issue? I’m tempted to tell our boss what happened, but am not sure if this will backfire on me.
