I am in a horrible WFH job.

I've only been in this work from home job in customer service for a big company for 3 months. At first, I was so excited. Well like most jobs, it seems like nobody has any idea what is going on and everyone is totally confused. I knew in the first few days of training this was not going to end well. There is 3 managers I am under. Every day I am getting told different things by each of them and also getting in trouble because there is so much confusion. I was trained for one department, now I am given different instructions to work a little bit in several different departments with no real understanding why because I wasn't trained for some of this. There is 3 managers I am under. Every day I am getting told different things by each of them and also getting in trouble because there is so much confusion.

I was trained for one department, now I am given different instructions to work a little bit in several different departments with no real understanding why because I wasn't trained for some of this. My training class were just recently told to 'do the best you can and just try and go with the flow'

But now I am getting accused of 'not doing what I am supposed to be doing' even though I am here working every day trying my best with what I have. I am getting told different things all day, so I really DON'T know what they want from me. The managers were so nice to me and now it's like they all turned on me.

Also, our systems we use are never working properly. Everyone is complaining daily of not being able to properly do their job because of so many issues in our systems.

I am so embarrassed to tell my family I am quitting because they were so happy that I found what I thought was a great opportunity. It was my dream to work from home. I just wanted to make some money and be happy. I guess that is not possible for most people these days.

Should I try to stick it out a few more days and get paid? Or just quit and not come back?
