Yep posted the below to my LinkedIn. I wanted to share with you all as antiwork has helped me see things that I kept a blind eye to for my career. I do not leave anything out as this is the exact post. Also, there is a link at the bottom to my new podcast that centers around helping others find their passion and will help them achieve it. I’d appreciate a listen and some feedback.
Wanted to wait a few days before I made this post. I left my position at Onshore Outsourcing after nine years with the company last Friday. It was nerve racking, but at the same time, it was needed. I was ready to move on and I wasn't needed anymore, so I left. Wanted to give everybody a couple pieces of advice from what I have learned over my time there.

Never Deify a Company – In the end, even if you love their mission, it will always come down to money. Do you job, gain experience, and move on.

Know Your Worth – There is not a single company out there that will value you correctly. Them giving you employment isn't a gift. You working for them is the gift. Understand what your value is (not just in monetary value) and you will lead a much happier life.

Remember You Have One Life – This is the most important thing that I learned/remembered. You can't take anything with you and you don't come back. If you are doing something you don't love and are not happy, get out and find your happiness.
Onshore gave me immense opportunities to grow and I will always be thankful for that. In the end, though, I had very good reasons to leave.
Lastly, I am in the process of starting up something new that I am really excited about. The first part is a brand new podcast, which can be seen below.
