I have had poor attendance within reason this year,
COVID, flu, car crash and a family emergency.
It’s been a rough year, and I won’t deny my attendance has been piss poor.
I just got an email bumping my from my position into a lower position. They are offering to keep my pay and hours but the position I’m being bumped into is not what I was hired for or wanted.
This “bump” came about a week after I went to HR over a co worker and their awful attitude towards me and the clients. Creating an unsafe environment. They said they just don’t have the staff to let go of her at this time, but a week later are removing me. I’m confused.
I’m wondering what my rights are? Nothing since I’ve had poor attendance?
