Local news ran a special on different employee “shortages” 911 operators, teachers, bus drivers etc.

How can the media report erroneously these “shortages”. There is no shortage of employees. There is a shortage of employers willing to pay a living wage so their employees can live with dignity. I feel like I’m taking crazy pills.
