It's fucking stupid. If you call in sick you can use it and get paid but you still get a point. 6 points and you lose your raise. 8 and your fired. The best part is they don't fall off the first of the year you have to wait until the date you accrued it. I had two coworkers almost get fired cause they refused to work in the office while having COVID. The pay is good and there are parts of the job I do enjoy but jfc the points are bs.
