Am I able to sue?

So a few months ago, my car was victim to a hit and run at work, in the gated employee parking lot (you need a code to get in). The damage wasn't crazy but it wasn't light either. My headlight was broken ($900 for that alone) my bumper was tore up and my hood/fender were damaged and no longer fitting the car correctly. For context, I work at a big brewery so my guess is someone was drunk (not uncommon for employees to drive home wasted). Anyways, the next morning I was called personally by the CEO himself (which my manager said is strange he was handling it) and he told me that they looked at the footage and found out who hit my car. When I asked if I could know who it was/see the footage he immediately shut me down and said, and I quote ” why are…

When I asked if I could know who it was/see the footage he immediately shut me down and said, and I quote ” why are you trying to make a thing out of something that's not a thing?”. He told me to take my car to his buddy's shop and he would cover the cost. By the way, I was recording our entire conversation so I have him on camera saying he knows who hit my car. Anyways, I bit my tongue and got my car fixed by his buddy (damages were around $2500 but i didn't pay a thing) and immediately I noticed my car still wasn't looking how it should and it looked like a sloppy job. I took my car back where he “fixed” it only slightly more but still not perfectly and I just accepted my car would never look the same. Next day, I notice a badge was taken off my car so I texted the owner of the shop asking where it was and he said he would look into it and never got back to me. Now, I'm being targeted at my job and want to sue them for damages to my car as well as for covering up the hit and run. My guess is that someone veryy important hit my car because the CEO made sure it was handled. Do I stand a chance in court? Mind you, the company has deep pockets and has a team of lawyers.
