I'm just really annoyed because I had my review today and I think I've improved noticeably over the years but they just have the same complaints every f****** time. Also they had me sign a review paper which they never have done in the past and let me know that everything on it was basically what we had discussed. They offered to let me read it, but as we had already discussed it I didn't feel the need to. (I know that was a mistake. Hindsight is 20/20). After getting back to my desk and taking a look at the papers, I realized the wording was much stronger and used a lot of phrases like “not acceptable” and “no longer tolerated” which were not used in the review. I am planning on asking for some revisions to the paper and some clarification as no consequences were listed. And if you're going to use words like “unacceptable” I think that implies consequences. If something has my signature on it, I want to know what consequences are in store. Anyway mostly just annoyed and frustrated because I've been working my ass off at this place for 4 years to try my very best and nothing I do seems to make any f****** difference. Already looking for something else.
