I was sent home about 20 minutes into my shift ( healthcare ) for being sick. It just hit me like a truck, and then when I got back the Assistant Director of Nursing told me she was going to write me up for missing a day in my first 90 days. And I responded with you’re really gonna write me up for getting sick, I think this threw her off guard. She responded with yes I am. You need to be here every day you’re scheduled. I said do whatever you want. But that’s not the worst of it. The nurse who sent me home came and talked to me and told me that the ADON asked her if she saw me throw up or went in the bathroom after I did so. What in the shit is going on here. Anyone else have this type of stuff happen to them?
