So a couple months ago I got promoted from my Junior Tech position to a Lead one with a 10% raise. But now I gotta do at least 2x the work I used to. So now I'm doing 2x work for 1.1x money and it just feels like a big scam.
This was my first job after college so I thought working efficiently would be appreciated and rewarded but now I'm feeling like a sucker and Junior roles are the best because it gives you the best salary/responsibility ratio. Honestly this whole corporate ladder thing is such a bullshit.
