This sub is all about not working.
I want to not work, ever. As it stands, it seems I will work for a long while in my life.
I imagine many other people here are in that position.
If that is the case, what is the ideal workplace for you? Not necessarily what the company service or product is, but what is the culture? What benefits? What kind of conversations?
What do you love about this imaginary company? What could be better?
What is the ideal version of the best workplace for you?
(This is a very serious question. I believe that because all of these bad companies/leaders/managers exist (and a company is nothing more than a collection of people), that the opposite is capable of existing. I want to know what people ideally want from a workplace. (I have some ideas of my own, based on my own (lengthy) working experience, but I want to hear from the community at large)).
