work just had a summit for all the managers. supposedly it’s for helping all of us but apparently the only 3 who do not have any on file are the ones who are dealing with issues with corporate. I am consistently late and am on probation, the other two got into it and are meeting with corporate Monday. I doubt there is malicious reasoning, I know they’re actually decent people, but wtf? My old manager didn’t do Jack shit so I don’t know. I really don’t wanna do it.
