Soo I just recently had an issue at work with a manager. I work for one of the big retailer as overnight stocker. For the last few days I've been hounded about 5 to 6 time a day a out when is my pallet gonna be done. How much longer will I be. (I've only been here a month) yet other people take way longer than I do to finish their area's and get a free pass .
What really got me is I have IBS and when I was using the restroom the manage had the audacity to check on Me to see what was taking so long. Making inappropriate comments and judging my actions based off the shadows on the floor.
Is this wrong? Was that going to far? When I brought it up to him I was even cursed at. “Do your ducking job”
