Issue regarding my current position.

I was pulled over to the side to talk with manager today due to taking what I believe is 9 days of sick days due to to mental health and personal issues regarding my health over the last 4 weeks. Apparently it's seems there was a pattern of said days off that I called in sick for and they offered me time off should I need it. However my problem has already been dealt with.

So the time off was politely declined. That being said I've been told the next time I call in sick, they dont want to see me, or don't bother coming in next shift.

I work night shifts so I've been told if I have something come up during the day, to deal with it during the day and still come in to work nights. Which I understand. However there are situations where I loose significant hours of sleep to deal with these issues should. I have them.

I'm not sure what I should technically do in this position. I'd also like to state that im still on probation which is 3 months to my knowledge, although I've worked 14 weeks based on my past payslips. I'm not sure if that plays a huge part either. This is also my first job under a manager since I started out being self employed the past 6 years on my own. So there still a lot I'm unsure of when working in the position as well.

Any advice would be appreciated.
