I just want to know that what is with these employees who are asking what my last drawn salary was? Aren't my work enough samples good enough to prove that I am good at what I do and that I deserve to get a better pay? I am just so sad that after working so hard and putting so many hours, I don't deserve a high pay? And I am not allowed to negotiate? Is this always going to be like this!?
