I don’t understand first level management penny pinching. First level management probably worked in non management positions for a lot of their lives, why do they want to rip off their staff? Is it the “I worked most of my career at a wage lower than that, so you don’t need to be paid that” not taking into account how unbelievably expensive shit is right now? Or is it that they enjoy the power of holding back?
Why wouldn’t you want to pay your employees on the high side of the pay scale?? I just don’t get it!
